The Stomach is an involuntary muscle. A muscle that is made up of Protein. An excess of dietary Protein can over stimulate the Gastric Juices in the Stomach causing the Acid to Reflux. Also a constant flux of improper food combining can decrease the HCL which aid in keeping the Stomach Acid Environment balanced. Without a well planned Whole Food or Plant Base Diet there's problem down the GASTROINTESTINAL TRACT. There's no problem with Jeff & Tammy's Gluten Free Vegan Meal!!!

As the food leaves the Stomach it actually goes through three Circadian Bio Rhythm. These three cycles Assimilation, Digestion and Elimination are constantly working. There're overlapping one another synergisticly, according to the body's internal clock. In fact between the hours of 10:00am -2:00pm your Digestive Juices are the strongest. Between the hours of 3:00pm - 8:00pm the Gastric Juices get weaker. The Digestion System is a complex system involving many involuntary movement, synchronizing without our control. Ingenious!!
