Rapid Awakening Health One mile Walk / Run event WAS a blast!! This event is to motivate a consistent walking lifestyle program. As we continue through the next two months studying Digestion and Food Combining, we will see more of the importance of Exercising. Exercising (Walking) has an amazing effect on the total body fitness, especially on digestion after each meal.
There was a Aromatherapy Hand and Foot Massage after the walk. Amazingly a few of the ladies via conversating had engaged in a business transaction many years ago, with one guest who has, a Financial Counseling Business. What a pleasant way to reacquaint yourselves.....WALKING!! We all broke bread with a nice Vegan Meal no better way to depart until we meet again next month.
