What time is it? Demo Time!
We're demonstrating how to make a Non-Margarine spread with First Cold Pressed Monounsaturated Fat... Olive oil and Lecthin Oil.
Lecthin is a food additive that comes from serveral sources. One source is Sunflower..an Omega 3, we're using Soy form of Lecthin and Olive Oil...Omega 6.
In short some of Omega 9 main components are animal fat vegetable oil. You may have seen some vegetable oils called Salad Oils. These vegetable oils are tricky in such that they're refined, deodorized and mechanical or chemically extracted oils. These are NOT suitable for frying, baking or any heat related!
The Essential Fatty Acid Omega 9 (Oleic Acid) main ingredient in Olive Oil...in proper ratio, of both Polyunsaturated & Monounsaturated Fatty Acids, Omega 3 & 6 first cold press, are your best choices of Omega 9!
But, why first cold press because the first press contain higher levels of antioxidants particularly Vit E.
Blend:
1/2 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1 Tsp. Liquid Lecithin
Start blending on low speed increasing to high speed until the mixture form into a Creamy Margarine Texture as shown in the demo pic above. Pour into dish and begin spreading on your favorite bread, potatoes or veggies. Non-Margarine Spread can last as long two or more weeks!
